Delivery Time: Varies by product and destination. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout
Tracking Information:You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships
Third-Party & Drop-Shipped Products
Many of our products ship directly from manufacturers or third-party suppliers. These items are marked as **"Ships Direct from Manufacturer"** or **"Presale"** on the product page.
Shipping terms, timelines, and carriers are controlled by each manufacturer
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments from different vendors
We coordinate deliveries to arrive as close together as possible, but cannot guarantee simultaneous arrival for products shipping from multiple locations worldwide
Multi-Vendor Orders
If your order contains products from multiple suppliers:
Items may ship separately and arrive at different times
Each shipment will have its own tracking number
Priority or expedited shipping may not be available** if one or more products in your order cannot meet accelerated timelines
If expedited shipping options are not displayed at checkout, it means one or more items in your cart cannot accommodate faster delivery
Shipping Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for every order.
Shipping insurance is offered on all purchases at checkout
We work hard to provide the best insurance rates available
If insurance is provided through the shipping carrier, pricing is set by the carrier and cannot be adjusted
Orders Without Insurance:
If you decline shipping insurance:
Lumatix does not guarantee delivery or replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
All shipping issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for uninsured shipments that encounter problems during transit
We highly encourage all customers to protect their investment with shipping insurance.
International Shipping:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes determined by the destination country
Customers are responsible for all customs charges and import fees
Delivery times for international orders vary and may take longer due to customs processing
Shipping Address Changes:
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number
For insured orders: We will assist in filing claims and coordinating replacements
For uninsured orders: You must work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue
