Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as "Final Sale"
All customized or custom-designed orders
Presale items and products shipped directly from third-party manufacturers (see Drop-Shipped Products below)
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or transit:
Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a damage claim
Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier as needed
Drop-Shipped & Third-Party Products
Many of our products ship directly from manufacturers or third-party suppliers. These items are marked as "Presale" or "Ships Direct from Manufacturer" on the product page.
Returns for drop-shipped products must be arranged directly with the manufacturer
A 20% assistance fee applies to all returns requiring Lumatix coordination with third-party suppliers
